Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship the goods to our designated Melbourne distribution center using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for resale condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
